As a Principal, Tyler brings over 20 years of knowledge and experience and has designed dozens of multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial projects throughout the West. He is an expert in both commercial and residential projects including multi-family, single-family, and high-end custom residences.
Tyler works with developers, REITs, home builders, home owners, and housing authorities helping develop smart solutions that provide value, efficiency, and comfort. Additionally, Tyler is a LEED AP and has worked on several sustainable projects recognized by USGBC LEED, Enterprise Green Communities, Net Zero Ready, and Green Globe.
He has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Utah for a Graduate Level Design Studio, been a teaching assistant at the University of Utah, and serves as a formal Intern Development Program Mentor/Supervisor for dozens of emerging professionals.
He has served on many juries in the past, including student juries at University of Utah and the Jordan High School Technical Program (ACE) where they did student architectural work for a national competition.
